What is the Return Period?

Pretty Regardless will provide a refund on hair extensions that have not been tampered with, opened or worn within 21 days.
Do I have to pay for the return shipping cost?

Yes. All customers are fully responsible for their own return shipping cost. Pretty Regardless is not responsible for lost packages, so we recommend you contact United States Postal Service directly if your tracking information states your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it.
When will I receive my refund?

A refund will be provided in the original method of payment after we receive and inspect the item. Please note that most financial institutions will take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund, however, it could take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us. For more information, we recommend to contact your credit card provider.
Can I cancel my order before it ships?

Can I return an open bundle?

No. Human hair extensions are considered to be a hygienic product by law. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our customers.
